Bluedove is hiring carpenters!
Bluedove Builders is seeking two carpenters to join our growing company based in Woodstock, Vermont, with projects throughout the Upper Valley. Our company’s projects consist of residential renovations/remodels, additions and new construction, and carpenters at Bluedove take part in everything from demolition and framing to finishing.
We’re focused on the smooth execution of every project we tackle, which means executing on a well-thought-out plan, timeline, and budget -- not only for the Homeowner’s sake, but also for all of those who work on the project (employees and subcontractors alike). We love what we do, and it’s imperative to us that we preserve our work culture that is organized, fun, and in which people feel respected, understood and listened to.
This position will be under the supervision of a lead carpenter, who will regularly provide direction and training where needed. While experienced carpenters are desired, we’re committed to providing detailed guidance and training for individuals with less experience but who can demonstrate the desire and motivation to learn. We’re committed to supporting motivated individuals in their work-growth – helping them succeed and grow within our company, but more importantly with their work overall.
Our company would also consider subcontracting carpenters to work on upcoming projects as 1099 employees.
