This project included the remodel of a primary bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as the renovation of a half bathroom (not shown).

The original primary bathroom was designed with a very small shower that was improperly sealed, resulting in water damage to the wall framing and subfloor. In addition, the marble that made up the shower wall and bathroom floor was chipped and stained.

The new bathroom features under-tile electric heat (Schluter Ditra Heat), a walnut vanity, glass shower enclosure, and new closet built-ins with soft close-drawers for shoe storage. The separate half bath was updated with new tile and electric heat as well.
