The original garage on this property sat close to the house and directly in the path of its southern exposure – blocking the kitchen and front of the house from sunlight. When the homeowners removed it, they needed to replace it with something that could do more.

In conjunction with a studio, the garage was built using pole-barn construction and clad in vertical shiplap pine. The new three-bay garage includes a wrap-around shed with organized space for lawn equipment, tool storage, and a dedicated floral design studio.
